Terms of use

Welcome to wayneatkinson.com, run by Safe Online Marketing Ltd (Worcestershire, United Kingdom). Using this site means you're happy with the ground rules below — they're short and sensible.
What this site is
A showcase of Wayne Atkinson's products and projects, plus a blog and the daily TRANSMUTE word game. It's here to inform (and entertain). The products themselves (MarketMasher, RSSMasher, BookMasher and the rest) live on their own websites with their own terms, pricing and guarantees — anything you buy or sign up for happens there, under their rules, not here.
Content and copyright
The writing, artwork, card designs and code presented on this site belong to Safe Online Marketing Ltd unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to link to anything here and to quote reasonable excerpts with attribution. Please don't republish wholesale or pass the artwork off as your own.
No promises
Everything here is provided in good faith and "as is". The blog shares opinions and experience, not professional advice — anything you build, buy or automate based on it is your own call. Results from any product or approach mentioned here vary with effort, market and circumstance; nothing on this site is a promise of earnings or outcomes.
TRANSMUTE and game accounts
The daily game is free to play, with or without an account. One puzzle per day, per person — play fair; scripts, bots and multiple accounts spoil the leaderboard for everyone and may have their entries or accounts removed. If you create an account, pick a display name fit for a public leaderboard; we may rename or remove names that are offensive or impersonate someone. Streaks, cards and scores are for fun — they have no monetary value, and we may need to adjust or reset them if we fix bugs or change the game. You can delete your account (and everything in it) any time by emailing the address below.
External links
Links to other websites (including the product sites and GeekOut Fridays) are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what you find there.
The blog's authorship
